Sleep is crucial for your little one and plays an essential role in your child’s physical and mental development. Research has shown that sleep is as important as exercise and healthy eating for your little one to thrive.

Children who do not get the required amount of sleep can develop a number of health problems. They are more likely to be overweight or obese as they crave sugary and starchy foods through the day to provide energy that will keep them awake. If your little one is of school age, a lack of sleep may also affect their ability to concentrate in the classroom and have a negative impact on their ability to learn. A lack of sleep can also make your little one overactive and irritable.
